We do not use your data to train AI models. Your business data is processed only to provide services directly to you.

- Neon: To store your data securely (our database provider)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data for purposes unrelated to providing our services.
6. Ad Spend and Billing
When you set an advertising budget, AdSimple manages the allocation of your ad spend across advertising platforms. A service margin is included in your advertising budget to cover platform costs, AI processing, campaign management, and ongoing optimization. Full details are disclosed in our Terms of Service.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted database connections, and secure API key management. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is deleted. Advertising performance data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.
